I don't know if it was that guy, but I've seen that done somewhere before.

I got a picture done in Mazatlan Mexico by a guy who paints everything with his fingers and nails. It was $10 for an 8x8 inch picture, and the guy just had too much talent to not pick one up.

They do that in China too. Called 'Palm Painting' I think

Badass video. Some guy at our school attempted that a few years back. It looked like ----, but it inspired me to try to find some other stuff on the net. Great video. I was wondering what the hell he was going for at first.
