So we went to the races last night to watch my friend in the demolition derby. I decided to take pictures this time and post them up. My friend dj didn't run his stock car, just the demo, but it was still fun.

Me before the races. 3 vicoden down and im looking pretty drugged up.

This guy was kicking *** all night till he spun out in the main and took something like 5th.


Sport mods. Same thing as a modified but slower and they don't run alcohal.

The BATT- mobile. This dude lost after like the first hit in the 1st round. He came back in the second and lasted pretty good.


I took a shitty video of the demo derby ill try to post, but i don't have any pics so ill post the afters first. This is after the first and second heat in the demo derby. Djs car got fucked. His is the little red aspire labled 1/2. He got hit hard in the second round from a "special" visitor. Some pro driver here with the speed channel to video tape for a demolition show they are going to air. They will have a clip of the little car that could, so watch for it. I told dj he is a winner anyways since he got pushed into the winners circle. But he took 3rd i believe and walked out with like 40 bucks in hand.


A after shot. One hit was all it needed to stop this car. The ems wanted to check dj out and make sure he wasn't dead lol.


Another angle. Fucked this car up pretty good. Ill bet he is sore as hell today.


and imageshack wont let me upload my shitty *** vid, so sorry about that. Fun night, even though i was drugged up and miserable the whole time. It was good getting out of the house for a change. I wanted to punch the ----------er behind me that kept screaming "WHO BROUGHT THE SOBER PEOPLE!!!".

They have whats called the texas twister class, it all stock front wheel drive 4 and 6 cyclinder cars. Just knock all the glass out, put in a 5 point harness and a roll bar and some other goods and your good to go. Or just pony up $500 for the winners car. They do that to keep it fair. I gotta talk to my friend and find out when he will be on the Speed channel, im gunna have to record that.

Yeah it was an old boat of a wagon that won the event. I think he reinforced the front bumper though, cuz he hit dj's car head on and thats how his car got so fucked up, but his wasn't that bad. He didn't even pop the radiator.
