What are they paying you? I had thought about applying for an teacher's assitant position at the local tech school. Night classes of course, I wouldnt want to put up with a bunch of kids whom 90% will drop out before the second seimester.

IDK, I'm mostly doing it for fun. I have class 8-1, and work 5-11. They asked if I could fill in 1-4 and I'm already on campus so I was like sure, why not. I'll find out when I get the check. Will look good on resume's if I do it a few times too.

It's $20+/hr, Rob, and the Autotech classes have a 65% retention rate. The ones who don't make it to the second year are the ones the teachers force out because of their attitudes or inability.

I could live with $20/hr while im going to school. Which is nice because I would already be there. :1

BTW I quit after the 2nd year. The teachers refused to teach those of us who wanted to learn.

well, got it done. scary thing is some of them knew who i was from my reputation around CR. Only one major incident, one student thought a 18ga 12v jumper wire would work for a spark plug wire and damn near caught his oil covered valve cover on fire. Lucky it was his own and not a customer car, or I would have kicked him the ---- out for being a retard.

Hopefully they will ask me to do it again. Will look great on a resume.
