California is hardly a clusterfuck over half the state is ------ desert and mountains. LA and the bay area are croweded the rest is your typical metro areas

Portland is def nice.Not to big but big enough to have everything you need.I use to go stay on the coast all the time with trips to Portland for shopping,going to events etc.No trip to Oregon is complete without a trip to Tilamook there icecream rocks.
