Get an IS300, 2JZ!!!!! turbo the ******!!!!! Evo's are nice but an IS300 much like every toyota/lexus always fall below the radar. Good looking car that doesn't stick out, plus has a HUGE aftermarket. (and its rwd)

There was a fully worked is300 for sale on egay a while ago. It had everything, gigantic turbo, 6 speed Supra tranny, fully built motor, custom everything,.....OMG it was nice.

It doesn't sound like the real estate thing is a for sure, plus you just moved to Ca. I would say to not jump into either of them until you get settled in. By a beater and bank the money. If in time you need a "client" car, then you'll have the money to get one then. I really don't think that many real estate people cart people around in thier cars. Most of them just meet you at the house.
Buy a beater, turbo that bitch, and give chicks your phone number on the back of your large bank reciepts. You'll have Ca. friends in no time.

Re:I'm getting a new ride!!
For the job you are looking at, an SUV would look better, it's the in thing, SUV's and it's bigger and more comfortable. An EVO might look like an inmature not serious car, even if it is a "sports car". But If you plan on putting some 26's on the escalade and get it all pimped out, you will get the same inmature not serious reaction from your clients. With that said, I would still buy an EVO, it's just a car you will have more fun with IMO.
