When I was deciding between the zx6 and the zx10 in '04 the zx6 first gear went to 89mph and the zx10 went to 108mph. The only reason for taller gearing is because the wheelbase is so damn short on the zx10 that if it were any shorter all you'd do would be wheelies everywhere, crap you do that anyway.
