*People who think they know more about a subject than you do, when its obvious they dont, but still keep on

I just got into an accident, so my list is quite long, but I think I can sum it up in one blanket statement (this goes for tow companies, insurance companies, body shops, rental car companies, etc).

-I hate it when people treat you very well as a customer when they are getting or trying to get your business, but then once they have it they treat you like ----.
