Teresa is very nice. Yes, that is Frank's girl friend. I think she does read HMT so there is no reason to be a ---- bag because you don't like Frank. She has always been pleasant to me Tyler.

She's always been nice to me as well. I would have made a comment to that effect, but then I realized what group of people I'm dealing with and that personality is the last thing on their minds, so I stuck to looks related observations...
