What is that? We have clalamare (or whatever you call it in english) at the restaurant I work, but I don't know what "calamari riacardo from Carrabbas" means?!

Calamari is squid. I've had the fried baby squids some restaurants serve, and it's mm mm good. I've also had some squid or octopus (some kind of water creature) at asian restaurants, but it wasn't as good. Texture is a little too strange for me.

Yep and it is so damn good. Will be munching down on some in T-4 hours

I would prefer the bait more than the fish. Shrimp/calmari > fish and day.
