your irratating. i would go with beef pho minus the tripe. only problem would be having to eat every 2 hours to stay full.

that would be just plain ole pho tai. With tripe it's another dish. If the pho place you go to doesn't have pho tai, they ain't authentic and get the ---- outta there.

I used to eat pho all the time, to the point the waitress would know my exact order. number 4, no vegatables, no onions, with chicken, and fish sauce on the side. One time another waitress brought my bowl and put in the green oinions, she yelled at her and told her to take it back and fix it. I <3 ghetto westminster pho.
