Just got back. DHR took 2nd in all motor street not bad for the first time out with the new car/motor

11.8's at 3000 ft elevation. Full interior 91 crx h powered and of course the super duper badass tuning :)

Ya the car was only street tuned by dave prior to saturday evening after the first day of racing with the afr's in the high 10's :o. I tuned the car saturday evening at Garage works. I picked up 20 whp and 30 lb tq almost across the whole baord and still set afr's at 12.5


Car is really goin to do well in this class and how many things arent even done yet. Switching to obd1 hondata s300 for the next event.

Thanks. If you guys want to dyno Garage works in palmdale is a cool group of dudes and 6 hours on the dyno and he only charged us 140 bucks ya cool kid.

Yes Im aware this is hmt but Im a mod here and I tuned the car and I think 11's is cool no matter what in a street car at LACR which is known to be .3-.4 tenths slower than the rest of the tracks on the west coast

No engine shots. The motor isnt your typical set up basically the manifold design. Dont want it -----d over the internet and every kid tryin to copy the design



And u its street class none of those cars are real street cars. You see the turbo cars ya 155 mph+ traps they drive those on the streets too ::)

Car just went to the all motor street finals again at CMI in Sac running 11.50's all weekend. Still on trusty old Zdyne.

hey did a guy named maton that works at garage works (awd performance) tune his car?? I live in lancaster/palmdale and he is on a local fourm saying he is the one that did the tunning on some 11second all motor crx at idrc??

He's a great guy. He only tunes hondata and never heard of Zdyne,turboedit,crome,uberdata but he's a pretty smart kid. He mostly works with everything else besides hondas.



He was very cool letting us stay that late.



If you do have software besides hondata for a honda he doesnt have experince in it just for refernce but he tuned a 400+whp crx after we got done on a hondata s300 unit but like i said he doesnt have expenice in any other honda editors




But ya if your using any of the other editors besides hondata look elsewhere imo.

EDIT: I just talked to him again and he said he is jealous about you being a mod though. He said he always wanted an excuse to post an N/A (not acceptable) car on HMT. :-[

yes, pretty impressive. I was looking at a built accord a20 head that a guy had ported and had the valves backcut etc by dh racing, looked like high quality work. I ended up not getting it, but i got the built head off of Johnny Ortiz's 10 sec accord instead.
