i'm in the same ------- situation, try to help someone get back on their feet by not making them pay a deposit or first months rent, then they pay you back by ------- up your ---- running up all the utilities and never holding a job or giving you money.
i'm just going to get a dog, they don't pay rent either but at least they don't use my tools....

my uncle moved to cali for a while so my cousin and i are renting his house out.. moved everything to the basement and had a renter ready to move in.. three single guys... for rent at 650 a month..
so then this mexicant comes along and hes all crying and bitching he has family yadda yadda yadda in the end he got a fully furnished house dish washer fridge furniture washer and dryer and we lowered the rent to 500 figured its a family so it would be better off i.e. no parties an what not
its not what.. the ------- 8th and this ------- ------ still hasnt come up with the deposit or rent contract says 12 days.. i cant wait 4 more days, im going to ---- him over like he's never been fucked before
