ok so i started working at a new body shop about a month ago
every thing was really cool untill we got this new manager (he was cool at first but know hes being a dick i even offered to help him boost his civic)
every one is straight time
im a flat rate type of guy i take my lunch when the job is done or when i get hungry
and every one has a problem with this for some fucken reason
today we had a staff meeting and it seamed like every one was against me
all of a sudden every thing was my fault and im the slowest guy and aperantly spend all my time talking when one of the body men moves slower then a fucken fly drowning in tar
the fucken manager is a ignorant ---- hes dosent even have his ticket and is probably going to run the shop to the ground
he was bitching that i haven't proven my self yet and blah blah blah.
so i told him how the ---- am i going to prove my self if you dont give me a chance you keep shifting me from job to job and the other 2 body men sided with him. every one sticks as a pack and im the only wight guy
i just wanted to punch him the ---- out when he was talking down to me
im not fucken stupid i know what im doing...
god fucken dam this fucken pisses me off
oh and on top of it every one has a problem with me swearing
like wtf you rather me bottle up my anger and fucken snap
i drop kicked a door and took a hammer to the garbage bin before
i get stressed get pissed and get ---- done
thats how i work and these ---- are cramping my style

oh and kevin i hope you fucken read this even tho i know you would never come to this site and do research your self so stick to HT you ignorant *** wipe

Yea im with buk, its pretty retarded if everyone is gonna gang up on you because they are to ----- to come to you when they have issues. Not to go doctor phil on you i would just let them know that if they can communicate to you how x x and x bothers them then you will "try to come to and understanding with them".

i wouldnt quit id make them fire you instead so you can take them to court for racial profiling(since your the only WHITE guy there). make their lives a living hell and just keep doing what you are doing. live with it for a little while longer. eventually the ---- will stop because you get your work done while they run around with their heads in each others asses like dogs.
