When you go to another state for the weekend to find a new house, don't know anyone, or the difference in areas, and you've never been there before, always go for the 1600 sq ft townhouse that isn't built yet for 176K. Just on the outskirts of a small suburban city. I know what you're saying, and it would have been better. The association sucks ***, and I only have 4 parking spots. 2 in, 2 out.

If not-so-baby Bin Laden doesn't trash the place with Crayolas you should be able to flip it when you're good and ready and buy the place you so richly deserve.
