Let's not comment on the shiny or high dollar nature of this piece, my fellow low rents. I am looking for a technical discussion about what is good and what is bad with this cat-back's design, so keep it clean and feel free to ask Q's. OT crap is not allowed, but as always tech debates that spring off on a tangent and head far away from the original topic are welcome.

The point of a dual exhuast is the X or H pipe, without the crossover helping things out it's entirely cosmetic.

besides all the bends on that thing, i also don't like how close it is to the rear diff. seems to me like it would heat up the diff a little

yhe more I look at it thinking of what to post the more pissed off I become. Just by reversing wich side each muffler goes to they could have done away with a 90. I really wanted to use that penis shaped dyno graph pic for this thread but I can't find it.

Some of the better coated exhausts are cool to the touch after an hour or so's driving. Probably not an issue, at least not enough to heat a diff more than the diff is going to heat itself.

• Too many bends VS alternatives
• Too much muffleration
• The coloration is for people that enjoy sniffing their partner's ass

I like the fact that it's an X-pipe.
X-pipe > Y-pipe > Crossover > Duals

Yea its a R35. Im pretty sure thats either the Amuse or Mines exhaust they put out for it. Looks good but a nice 3in straight back would do better IMO.
