at first thought I assumed that Jeff was trying to phase me out and by bringing on Kevin; I could essentially "groom" him (for you people who are corporate savvy) for the job.. but the fact remains that the forums are growing in size all the time and I can't keep up with every post like I did when I first came on as a mod. Kevin and I typically have opposite schedules so that means we can offer full time coverage of the board.

If Jeff didn't pick my undercover husband ;) as a partner I probably would have had issues running it with anyone else. Glad to be in there with you, I'm sure this will yield some really funny results. :P

i smoked the ---- out of him (well, by about a car length) with a non-turbo car. B20 CRX.-I/H/E

i cant rock on him though, he give me a run for the money before....and his clutch is messed up. with a good clutch he would kill me with that car...i think...

a race is a race though....and he has the video to prove it...

yeah, but that was when i was boosting 6 psi with my wastegate stuck open, my bov didn't work so every time i shifted gears, i would lose all boost and have to respool in ever gear, and a toasted clutch. my best time with that set up was a 14.3, i wasn't even boosting in 1st gear and barely in second b/c of the wastegate leaking. i'm boostin 11 psi now and have all my kinks worked out, i haven't been able to run at the track yet, but i think i'll break in to the 12's fairly easily.

it was recorded with a regular hi8 camera, not a digi :-\ i would have had some footage from last night, but it rained so the track was closed, may tomorrow though if it doesn't rain.

yeah, i have to say it wasnt a fair race, and it was just for shits and giggles...im not bragging, because i know he would kill me if his car wouldve been running right. and accually that run was my best ever, i dont remeber anything but the fact that it was a 14.3 sec run.

I think the track will be closed tommorow with this storm comming in.

I have a GPS, its awsome for a top speed run...

it measures between satelites, suspossed to be as accurate as laser if not better. its a cheap one, but it works great.

maybe if you know a 1/4 mile road, we can do a top speed run. it will be speed so it wont measure, 0-60, or time....

we got our top speed run on 24 after piney green heading twords swansboro...straight, flat, and you can see ahead of you for cops...
