I'd say someone decided to live like a fucken filth ball and couldn't even get up the energy to help themselves.

I'd buy that house in a heartbeat. Think about it. You get the house for like $5 and gut it. Rebuild it all fancy again and flip that bitch. I couldn't think of a better fixer upper that would bring more money.
