Greddy D series kit manifold modded to fit on a B18 LS swap, went 12.91 in 2001.

We all know how shitty the greddy manifold flows!

B-series are ------ out a bit more than D-series. You could try heating with a torch and bending to match up with a D-series flange, but you'll probably end up with stress cracks.
