Yeah, so I paid $700 bucks for this thing. Needs a clutch and a few other tidbits. Looks damn good sitting in my yard though.
Yes the yellow looks like fail. As is the steering wheel.
What do you guys think? The dizzy mounts on the end of the cam, and im fairly certain it wont be difficult to mount an OBD1 honda dizzy there, since the tophalf of the timing cover is metal. I dunno. We'll see how it goes. EcTune ran Porsche doesnt sound too bad to me. The entire bottom end is forged from the factory, with studs in the important places. Most of the brighter folks are putting 500 down on the stock bottom end, not too shabby.
You cant tell from the pics, but the engine and turbo are from an 88 Turbo S model, which had 247hp instead of the base 217hp the 86 had. As it sits it just has a half assed exhaust and autothority chips w/ manual boost controller.

and don't forget the timing belt, check, check, and recheck. my buddy back home had one snap in his 89 951 and ended up with 2800 in dammage.
