they have different sizes 
the 3" e cut outs are about 150. i had open dp for a while and although i loved the performance at wot, it sucked *** for daily driving and you smell like 93 octane all the time :P right now i'm n/a but i got some 2" mandrel ran with a gutted cat, 24" resonator, and a thrush turbo muffler, it sounds so quiet, but not as gay as stock, so i'll be running a 3" dp with e cut out when i'm boosted again, to have the benefits of a 3" open dp when you need it, but the sleeper quietness of stock looking/sounding exhaust. lol, pull up next to someone and rev on em with stock exhaust, then open the dp and bounce off the launch control and see their expression change real quick
