I've got a 93 subaru legacy turbo you can buy with an ej22 to get a subaru project started and yeah, put 20% deposit on a house and the rest in a bank.

Spend less than 5g on the car.

Be smart, use like $150k to down a nice house and the other $100k to buy some investment properties. The other $20k spend it on yourself and try to enjoy life a bit after the hell you went through...

Go with this plan, and you'll be building as many HMT cars, buying as much coke and boinking as many hookers as you want once the market picks up again buddy...

My buddy had a RS with a ej swap, and got beat by my friends 07 wrx. Same mods all the way around, and he pulled from him. Thats an overrated swap. Get a camaro shell and throw a 500+ ci engine on boost in that bitch

I'm a lurker, but also a guy who's a money professional.

Think of it this way:

Whatever you spend on rent a month, you could pore into cars if you bought a house in cash.

It'll take you time to build something anyway, so why spend the money all at once when the parts will sit in your garage? Buy the house, reasearch what you want, spend your money month by month on what you really want to do. Never sell the house, rent it out when you want something bigger and when you retire, either keep the cash flow from rent or sell it and reap instant rewards.

That's be the G way to do it.

seriously, spend no more then 2 grand on a car.

think of it this way. IF , IF someone save up one thousand dollars a month, it will take him 16 ----------ing years to reach 200000.
If you save 500 bucks a month, it will take 32 years to get to 200000.

These are not easy $ and u should really consider what you REALLY need before spending .

** listen to the CDM guy and u won't go wrong **
