And there is no way I could have bought that much worthless land in NE, NE is all farm/ranch land so it sells for $1500-4000 per acre.
Transfering deeds and titles through the mail is easy.

Those estimates mean nothing, they are just to entice people to bid.

Bomb/zombie bunker. That's what I would do at least. The way things are going in this country I wouldn't be surprised if bad ---- happens soon (before the next election) or some organism developed by scientists creates zombies (T-virus, or Solanum, etc).
