What are you guys doing to it?

(back on topic)I believe that green sensor is the coolant thermo sensor for the radiator fan.

no, there isn't a knock sensor in that pic, the knock sensor goes in that empty threaded hole right at the top of the block. the sensor on the bottom is the oil sending unit/oil pressure sensor, and teh one with the gree stuff around it is a coolant temp fan switch or some ----. if you don't have a plug for it on your harness, just wire in a switch to your fan to turn it on.
