just bought an 86 rex for 250 and the dude i bought it from is a salvager and didn't have the title. the cars from illonois and has no stickers on the glass. i ran the vin and saw that the title was clean but that the car hasnt been registered since 2004 and some how found its way to San Atonio. i was hoping to get a mechanics lein but my uncle(the mechanic) is pissed off at me and i dont want to dive it illegal like this. how else do you get a title cuz isn't there people you pay who hunt them down for you
