I need some suggestions
 

ok im still deciding on what i should do with my car. i got a 94 civic ex with dx tranny thats about to go out. i wanted to put a b18a1 ls motor in it but i dont know if i should turbo it or spray nos. i just need suggestions, i got a 4500 limit to spend and im getting a ls motor for christmas. so any suggestions will be great

definetly go turbo....with $4500 bucks you can make a sweet homemade turbo kit.

With that budget, turbo. I wouldn't worry about vtec though.

i would suggest getting a namebrand manifold, turbo, intercooler, and bov, and going custom with the rest. you will still be way below budget and it will be a clean looking great performing system.

yea but turbo from greddy like 3 grand and i only got 4500 i still need to get tranny and shift linkage and ecu for the ls motor plus i was thinking about getting a gsr tranny which run about 900 i rather homemadeturbo

Read the FAQ's then go to the classifides, there's usually some kits for sale. I got a kit for sale that you can get, its almost complete, and its only $1500.

i have a complete turbo kit for a b18 with everything you would need for 1800 bucks.

you could do alot with 4500 limit. my kit only was around 1600. You could probably do some engine work as well.
