ok ... i just did the si swap and the mini swap.. im gettin ecu code 4.. and the car sounds good as hell starts right up but it will only rev to 3.5 then breaks down like the rev limiter kicks in!!! its pissin me off... anyone know whats up.. maybe just a bad crank position sensor? is there a way to test it? its a 90dx with si , mini me swap... with an 89 integ ecu HELP..

yea i was gonna try that but i gotta wait till tomorrow wich is sun if the place is open .!! if not MON!! ahhhhhhhh... but i can get the 95 vtec dist for $80 from this junkyard.. .

anyone done this swap? its wierd the blue and yellow goes to c1 and the blue and green goes to c2 ... says there crank position sensors on all the swap sites but i took the dist apart and the cps wires are white.. but u just color match the plugs and the 2 left over wires goto c1 / c2 .. right? anyone done this and it worked fine? just tryin to figure out if its the dist or not.. maybe its the wiring..or some ----..

ah ha!! i figured it out .. on the si swap i accidently put the b10 and b12 wires to b8-b10 so one of the crank position sensors wernt hooked up not it runs and sounds pretty good only after i fucked up the dist takin it apart.. so i still need a new one!! dammit
