i am trying to find a phone number of the last registered owner of this s10 truck i just brought. the guy i brought it from never registered it and i need some paper work. thisi s all the info i have

if i can get a phone number that would be great, if not ill just mail a letter. the guy who i got the truck from claims he has no info
