i just picked up my tony hawks project 8 today..got NFS carbon the other day...its a dissapointment..fun but too short and too easy...Gears of war that good?? i havent tried that one...i just picked up final fantasy 12 for ps2 as well..looks pretty good so far...

I liked shadow of the colossus as well for ps2. older game now but its different. Playing bully now. Stopped playing scarface for a while. Few others downloading now >:D

what do you guys use to download your *cough cough* games? I use Emule...works great...got a 160+game collection for my chipped ps2..only played about 40 of em tho..im lovin my 360...cant wait to be able to copy games for em...

You can't get a PS3 before Christmas unless you pre-orderd a month ago (around here anyway). My buddy bought one SOLELY for the purpose of re-selling on Ebay 2 weeks before X-mas for a nice profit :)

Sony couldn't make enough for the Christmas boom and it's all about Supply and Demand (Econ 201 FTW!!)

thats complete bs, sony didnt tell anyone how many they were releasing, if they were smart and learned from xbox360's mistake, they should flood the market on the 17th, (when it comes out) the demand is so high for them, i went into a few game places on the day of preorder and most game places had 12 or 15 slots and there was still 30+ people standing in line. My guess is that they will be abundant.

Dude, PS2's were going for crackhead prices when they were first released. This is nothing new. You see it happening quite a lot with cars (S2000, etc).

The only exception I can think of is the Mazda Miata... they knew the car was going to be hyped, '90 production year started 3/'89 which is six months in ADVANCE of the '90 model year, and there was still a (minor) demand but nothing too bad.
