I just picked me up a set of new rims!!
 

Not many of you will care or even remotely matter to you, but I just picked me up a set of ole skool Lorinsers!!! Cheap too, now I just need some tires and to fix one of the bent rims ;D

I know only a few people will even know about these, but whatever here are some pics to make it worth your time.

Well just thought I'd share. Now for some tires. Hey bambi you think some 245/45/17 tires would slap onto those? I'm thinkin' 245/45/17 for the rear and 225/45/17 for the fronts. They're 17x8. You think that's a feasible plan?

i know right, what's he gonna do, go out and buy a v12 or some ---- to slap em on, ha, yeah right ::) he has a teal blue/green metro with a flat black hood and amber corners. i think he's putting them on there.

mutha fucka, my metro ain't no teal blue/green bullshit, it's seabrezze green ;) Hey kev, since the last photoshoot I painted the hatch of the metro flat black too, well not flat black, primer black, the flat black was a dollar more :o That ---- looks pimpin' gangsta! 8)

Oh and I plan on putting 2 of these rims on the back of the metro with the blackies in front, and probably gonna put the other two on the Honda. I already have the 5x112 conversion for the metro too! I can't wait! ;D

Ha mercedes, HA v12, who the ---- needs a V12. Only a sexy dark asian fool would buy a V12 benz, Kevin you one silly mutha fucka.

Oh and BTW, those amber corners I got, I also bought some smoke transparent paint so it'll be smoke amber, mad tight yO! ---- yeah I can't wait til my metro is all JDM'd.

you could probably squeeze 255's on the rear of those, I've gotten 255's on 18x8's before, I'll talk to my buddy justin, he is the wheel man at the BMW dealer. Hit me up when you want to fix that rim, I'll take you to a kick ass shop in santa ana. I'm going to be doing mine soon too. I'll get back to you on tire sizes.

Hopefully I'll like them on the car. I really wanted the 18 AMG Silver finish rims, but I came up on these Lorinsers for a damn good price and had to pic them up. I just need to fix a rims and get some tires, if they fit 245/45/17 I'll be reppin some azenis just for the hell of it :D

Hope fully I could have em up on the car this weekend, I'll definitely post pics if I do.

Oh most definitely, I'm gonna have to call you up on that shop, hopefully it'll be cheap cause I don't wanna spend an arm and a leg to repair the rim. ---- if you can find out if 255 will fit on some 17x8 rims, that's what's gonna happen (as long as the price is cheap =P). You think 225 is a little too narrow for some 17x8's?

yeah, 225 is probably pushing it on the front, talk about understeer! maybe more like 235 but we'll stick w/ the 45 profile. you have the wheelwell for it.

yeah I kinda figured 225's would be a little narrow, just figured since my stock 16x8's have 225 it'd be alright. I just want some wider tires in the back ;D

OK, I just got off the phone w/ justin, we can do a 255/45/17 on the rear and a 235/45/17 on the front, and it should be very very good. call me a couple days in advance when you want to go get the wheel fixed, it is a 2 dya turnaround, just to let you know

koo ----, just talked to bambi and hopefully I can get these here rims fixed quick and cheap ;) so I could slap em on the Metro.

Damn 255's are gonna be badass, hopefully price isn't gonna suck and the wheels don't rub, oh yeah huh, I wonder if they'll rub on this little rubber thingy that covers the suspension in the wheel well. I've seen 235/55/16's do it, now I'm getting concerned :-\

i've seen a car like that on 18s' and 19s' don't fake the funk and act novice on us. some 225 50 16s will do it.

Don't be a bitch. I know how to build baller cars. it won't rub. If 275/35/19's fit in the rear of a C-class, mother ------- 255/45/17's will fit on an SL.

275's will fit on the back of a c-class but with those size tires the offset is not stock to accomodate those size tires.

I'm also looking into some cheap used tires, just becasue they are cheap and if I don't like how they look I wouldn't have spent 3-400+ bucks on tires
