My first car was going to be a 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a 350 in it, but I still liked imports (got sold from under me). I didn't know ---- about turbo's back then either, but I'm not even talking about turbo's, I'm talking about swapping an engine :8

it wasnt worth putting alot of money into it. i bought it for a grand and got a paint job and new tires for 600. i fixed the engine up which didnt cost anything except a carb rebuild which my neighbor that i bought it off did it for me for free. if i put a 350 in it i would be losing money trieing to resell it. the body had a million dents and the under carriage was rusted with holes all the way threw.
