I hate my place of employment!!!!

Ok so i thought i would just vent here a bit. I work for a local chrysler dealer an we've had this 05 RT-10 viper in the backlot for about 3 months just sitting there.Well i never really cared because i figured it was just waiting for whatever parts....

usually we get vipers in for stupid shyt like trim peices falling apart or whatever and it literally takes a few months for us to get the parts since they don't make them till we order the fuckers, Hell we had a viper in a stall for 2 months because the seat adjustwas broken and the guy didn't want to drive it until we fixed it.

but back to the subject at hand......well today i see one of our parts guys whell up this huge ------ box and look at me and laugh...i'm like wtf is that a motor? He goes u hit the nail on the head.Well i'm not worried about it cuz i'm not a heavy line guy at our shop so i don't do motor jobs.At the end of the day my team leader pulls me in the office with our service manager and i'm like ---- i must have fucked something up without knowing it.They pull me in tellin me how good of a job i've been doing since i've been flaggin 90+ hours lately and that they want me to start getting into heavy line shyt like diesels and engine jobs if i'm interested.I tell them why the heck not it's always good to learn something new. Well they tell me my first engine job is going to be the viper....i just about shyt my pants.....seriously i can't stand when these owners bring in there cars for a ------ oil change because they will not let u even get in the fukkin car to pull it into your stall.....I looked at my Manager an said "first off, i'm not even a Viper certified technician" (Our only Viper tech actually just quit about a month ago)
He says not to worry that he talked to Chyrsler and they okay'd the work because he's having two technicians working on it.So my team leader looks at me and says "u ready to get fucked hard?" at this point i'm just like WTF

Well most motor jobs that are warrantied only pay about 10 hours at the most so we lose our ass on a simple long block replacement. This ------- job is only going to pay us 11.8 hours.....we have to split the time so we are only getting paid for 5.9 hours....WTF!!!!!!
When my team leader told me this i just about quit....i got so ------- pissed and like 3 guys had to pull me out of the shop because i was talking shyt about our manager how he lets Chrysler dick us around an shyt. Needles to say.....In about a week or so i have to start pulling a viper motor with my team leader.....i am in a bad fukkin mood right now.......i need another fukkin beer >:(

Theres always the option of stealing the viper after you replace the engine.

yea right....when we have the motor out we have to get a Chrysler engineer over and have them tear down the bitch before it gets sent back to se what exactly is wrong with it......i think my team leader said the bitch was running on 6 cyclinders or some ---- but i'm not sure

yea but the viper tech opened his own meineke.....maybe i should give him a call an see if he has any openings....

+1 on warranty work.I would refuse the job and quit.People seem to think if they buy an expensive car they need no maintanence.
