agreed, they should learn english.
i took french and german in high school and never used it.
but i would like to learn what those ******* are saying when they speak spanish to one anouther, like you can tell that they are making fun of you and laughing but you just kind of smile and nod, lol.

its true alot of quebec people are *** holes. if you dont speack frech they dont even want to talk with you. i remeber once, i was in montreal and asked for a french vanilla cappacino, and the lady had to call someone else over cuz she didnt understand me. and they all gave me a bad look.
