Tonight IW as gettin some dinner and heading home when this car was all over my ass. So I make a turn onto this long staright road that I like to go fast on and I put in second at low rpm and floored it because he was on my ass still. go slowly into 3rd because I have a bitch ass grind. and drive it hard into about half of 4th. He stayed on my ass the entire time and even tried to pass at one point but a car was coming. HE went around me as soon as that car was past, but I let him. I was at 7psi.

Got next to him at the next light and talked to him. Said he had a 2.2L pushing 11psi. the side of the car said dohc intercooled turbo on the door. Looked almost like a dodge shadow or something. Friend says it might have been a daytona. But that thing looke docmpletely stock and clean as hell. Shocked the ---- out of me! I havent been beat by a car yet, espeically in my own town (since the turbo install that is). Next time I'll have to try him at 12 psi. Joseph, lets retune my shiat. 8) This actually made my night. I havent had a decent race since I was na. Now I know there is someone out here I can look to beat, besides corvettes and ----. W00t! Time for a bigger turbo! >:D

sounds like a 93-94 dayton IROC probably the best turbo setup dodge ever had. lotus made the head for this thing 224hp from the factory at like 11 or 12 psi love boost. only thing the had a problem with was timing belts breaking every 30k because of the especialy high seat pressure from the springs freakin awesome car pretty rare though.

mine makes 205 to the wheels at 7 psi. maybe he got me cuz I had to ease it into 3rd?? Still, it was nice to have some competition. RAced a crx with a 55 shot the other night and destroyed it. Dunno what the moptor was. I'll have to find that out soon.

The last time I had a car ride my bumper is when I smoked this Scion Tc on the parkway. I started cruising and he came up behind me with his lights flashing like the police. ??? I let him pass cause I wasnt about to try and outrun him in case he was undercover. As he rode by he was mean mugg'n Yo. Maybe he was just embarassed he got smoked. :1

he prolly wasnt stock, but he said hes runnin 11 psi.....upgraded turbo? I hope I see this guy again sometime. That was sweet. Never seen one of those cars before. Gonna be my next project car :l

yea, I'm pretty sure it was tj. I doubt he sprayed, but he still got next to me prarie doggin. lol. what d series does he have in that thing? we didnt really race, but I gave him ample time to hit it before me. I let off part way into 4th. (prolly around 100)
I barely recognize tj out of his rsx. Did he sell that thing?

that doesn't make sense. why would he upgrade his turbo, run the stock psi, where as the stock one runs just as much lol. who cares, turbo dodges and turbo honda's own all.....listen to zz top.

he couldn't afford it so he had to get rid of it...the crx has what a d16a6 in it...and if he beat you he had to have sprayed...which i don't understand cuz i think marcel can beat tj's crx. i think i might race him cuz i think i could take him to

he didnt beat me. lol. I dunno if he sprayed or not. I was just trying to shut the guy up so I could pick my phone back up. lol. I had no idea it was tj. But there was some smoke comin out his tail pipe when he was catching up to me (and past a couple lengths)

haha. I have to try and lay off of it for a while. At least till IG et time to do a compression test. Shes smoking a bit lately, and I want to know for sure that it's my turbo seals going bad. I know it leaks oil out the compressor seal, but I dunno if its gotten worse. smoke under all boost now. especially in first gear. Defintely gonna hit joseph up once I make sure the motor is ok, and maybe rebuild the turbo....
