which, you must be familiar with. I printed out 4 forms the dmv mentioned including the 802 and will read in detail tonight.

I wanted to give the guy all the money I had in my pocket for his lack of judgement. I think he gave me a ticket for no proof of insurance, but the truck actually did have insurance from the old owner.

I will definetly HMT but cleanly, so I would be saving up for a long time to get it done. No performance mods this year, just maintanance and upkeep... if I get this damn thing. 5 hours = antsy russian.

Considering I am a cop in VA I think I know what i am talking about here. Have to tow either way, and it's a prepayable fine.
