I fucking hate UPS!
 

Stupid UPS! I got a bezel to hold my boost gauge and egt gauge off ebay. $27.99us+$18us shipping. The bezel alone was $39cdn once you convert it. Then when the thing gets to my ------- door this morning I owe another $23.95cdn for brokerage ($16) and tax ($7.95).. free trade agreement my ass! The money I had to pay at my door works out to be more than half of what the original price was!

Grrrr..i'm soo mad. Anyways, the bezel looks good, can't wait to get it installed.

Dr.Boost: I know you hate USPS, but this is why Canadians prefer shipping from USPS, because when it gets to our doors, we don't have to pay these retarded prices. ;)

let us know how the bezel fits, i think it's the same one i was looking at but i was a little skeptical as to how the cheap one would fit, how's the finish on it also? as far as the ups man raping you, you should stake him out and jump out of a bush and rob him and get your money back.

It doesn't have the metal clips like the oem one does, it just has the 2 screw holes in the top to hold it. Hopefully it'll fit no problems.

I always liked that pod style ,very clean and it doesn't stand out like the pillars ones. I wanted to make something like that for my car but then i decided to ripe out the dash and make it like a drag car ;D. I can relate on USPS i had my fair share of there costs ,it can get way overhand.

Nice find, I really like that style too... I was looking at them on ebay also but I too noticed how much shipping was so I'm still looking for one locally :) I don't really like the pillar style either, you should post up some pics ;D

I have the same pod, it fits really well, the only problem is you have to transfer the bottom rubber piece (the little flap that sits between the bezel and the column) from the OEM one to the new one.

lmao, dude its so simple. Just tell the sender/shipper to check off where it says GIFT. then, even if you still get charged for it you can send it to the customs refund centre ;)

I have $11.03 pending right now from something I rcv'd through USPS and had the gift box checked off.

They seriously RUN off your front porch! I've had to actually chase one down before after watching him do this from an upstairs window... They try to get thier routes done as soon as possible because then they get to go home and still get paid for the full time, just like garbage men.

USPS sucks so much ass. I hate that place. They don't even leave those weird international forms out for me to fill out so I have to wait in line to get the right forms from the bitch. I don't even know what regular forms to fill out so I fill out like all of them and head up to the desk when they call my number. It's always a fucked up experience at USPS for me. I wouldn't mind shipping a "gift" to you UPS though. :-\ I got fucked on that stuff I sent you last time. I think I made like $5 on it lol.

I had a problem with the UPS guy and every problem can be fixed with the right tools and motivation. I solved my problem with a simple bag of lime and a shovel. Now the problem no longer shows up at my doorstep.

check out my sig, that was something from every1.. the 11.03 pending was from crxrx7, for a pm6 ecu, he checked gift and everything like I asked but they missed it. So I called and bitched and they said, just fill out the form and send it in for a cheuqe...JACKPOT. ;D

I've looked everywhere and I can't find a pod like that for EG's. They do look very nice. Stupid EK owners get all the cool stuff. At least us EG owners get more then the EF'ers. ;D I just bought a 3 gauge pillar pod from egay, not autometer, it looks kinda chincy but it'll do.

My friend just took out his pod thing from his EG that goes around the gauges and has the heater vents in it. He cut out 3 circles from MDF and fiberglassed them in. I'll show you pictures when he's done.
