That'd be Hugger Orange alright...
Nice thing about the '99+ LSx motors is the stock shortblocks are good to around 550whp. Seen some take a 250 hit of n2o and keep going... Buy it, get some truck manifolds, and shove the biggest damn Holset on it that you can for cheap. Or do it expensive and go S88 on a forged bottom end.. But yeah, don't buy it because the Gen III small blocks are outdated technology like Crxmatt said.

I have no idea what they're worth, but I like the color. You don't see 75 billion of them around with that color. You're on your way to 60mpg+ in the city.

local guys at the track run them all stock with 250 shots into them every weekend. those things soak up nitrous like CRAZY.

But like mentioned, the LS1 is a killer platform. A friend of mine has an 02 ss and the thing ***** out. I'd drive one. Definately a good definition of cheap speed.
