i did feel bad , like a real noob :-(
i have to talk this.. in my work i was talking with the mates.. abuot cars.. what cars are better.. i of course saw japan cars..and other guy (more old than me) say... bah! just better cars are European.. specially german cars.. and i did say yes but i think better cars are japan cars, are more reliability and so.. he did says.. nah look german cars.. there are much with +300 whp.. and what about japan cars? some car has about 350 whp stock? (i know only 350z series limite about 300whp) and say not not (in that moment i asked myself.. thats true, why? but i thought that it could be some law frmo japan that cars only must to have 300 max.. but ok).. then we begin to speak about my car , cuz other guy are looking for to buy a Focus ST with 225 WHP TURBO 2.5!!! and i saw bah! that's suck! and guys begining to say.. sure your car is better , not? i saw, yes , if i boost my car i can to achieve more power that this 2.5 turbo!..just w/ 1.6! then begining to discuss about that.. the guy are more older than me saws.. i know your car is a lil fast.. but i think there are not turbos for your car! and me .. he continue saying.. for to win more power it's necessary to fit some better camshaft.. and i saw yes yes.. thats right but it's no easy as you are talking.. and then talking about compression ratio.. he is right saying , head, pistons, cranckshaft and rods make the compression ratio .. but i saw to he.. and the turbo then? no no, with a turbo you dont get more C/R and me , all guys laugh at me like if im wrong..
i duno if you can to understand good my low english but definitely i know that the most spaniards dont know abuot performance and so.. they make to you feel bad , they think that are the better...
other thing he did says be , if you rev more your car, you will get more power , me again ..
i feel bad cuz guys laughed at me cuz they did think be right... , but well...i think there are alot ppl in all countrys like they..
and a question that i have is..why in japan there are not cars more than +300? for some law about that? or why? that's the only question that i have..
HMT FTW.

i think j-land did have some kind of regulation on there cars to be limited to 280bhp due to the fact that most of the cars they manufactured were imported/exported elsewhere for the differnt markets ie: edm, usdm.

for future refrence and ease to the rest of us,
Saw is the past tense of see (example: I see a cat outside. Yesterday I saw a dog outside.)
The words you are looking for are say (present tense) and said (past tense) (example: So, I said to him "---- off.")
Yep, HMT, were you can learn how to turbo anything at the same time that you learn to speak english.
