BFG's are a street tire based compound. Have you ever seen a slick?? Constructed nothing like a radial...

Well lets put it like this...

Without a burnout the 60' times were nowhere near a 2.0.

Yes, and at the 404 whp level there are better DOT tires... some of which are a faggot radial construction like BFGs. Not only do I have experience with tire selection on my own personal cars, I have experience with tire selection on the cars I tune, and I have been lent four 350+ whp cars for periods of a week or longer just because I expressed the sadness of not having a running turbo car currently. Hell, when we took the Black Car which has been stuck in my basement out to the streetraces in Hickory and raced the 500 awhp Evo that stunk of racegas, the car's owner was invited as an afterthought... and he rode in the back seat, never drove his own car all night long.

It's nice having that sort of clout... and it doesn't come from being a n00b that logs into HT and discovers that it gets no better than OMG VTEC, AEM EMS, baller bearing turboz, and BFG drag radials.

joseph likes to argue everything.

cheater slicks/drag radials/etc... they will work better heated up especially if they're worn
