try this cleanser called Dr. Natura. My wifes sister took it, and she explained what she crapped out , and I was disgusted! But she said she felt much better, and 10 lbs lighter. haha

You know I never wanted to do it cause your body sstores vitamins and minerals in the "sludge" People who get colon clensings regular can get really sick from vitamin deficiancies. Your body can't break down most minerals and vitamins it needs in one digestion that's whay it sits in you for months and gets slowly absorbed. For those of you who do take a daily vitamin you can attest to the fact that you don't absorb 99% of it. That first pee right after you take it is allways neon and smelly! What a waste of money. LOL!!
