some of you might know that i sold my bimmer on ebay a couple weeks ago...so i'm looking on ebay today and look what i find

this son of a bitch bought my car, used my description and my pictures-i think i sold it to him for 4000 give or take-i can't even remember...i can't believe this piece of ---- he made up this whole story about him buying it for his nephew and told me how excited he was about it. Can i do anything about this?? Extort him atleast??

he put a new engine, he said u gave him a piece of ---- engine that didn't belong in such a great car. he upped the price to make up for the engine he put in? who knows

Hmmm...I don't know. I thought you had to copyright the pictures, otherwise they are open game.

Do you not want him to use your pictures? Email the bidders with the original auction.

i seriously doubt he swapped engines or else there would; be a picture dont you think... or at least say what engine it was. he even stole some of the description.

Could I see the paperwork for the motor work? What shop did the work? What motor did you swap in it? What is the compression? Thanks.
