hey...you're a damn good writer...
you have some spelling mistakes, but this isn't a ------- term paper here.
...and I can totally relate to that. I remember back in high school I was obsessed with drugs....just like with cars I was a forum ----- absorbing all the knowledge i could possibly get. Anyway I was so tired of ignorant kids telling me how LSD makes your spine bleed, gives massive brain damage, stays in your spinal fluid FOREVER, how you can crack your back and get a flashback, how the brown spots in pills of E are flecks of heroin...and all the countless other myths that are thrown around by complete idiots...
I would try to tell them why they were wrong, explain to them in a logical manner...but no...after I would prove them wrong time and time again they would just say something stupid like
------- idiots I tell you....so I just decided to give up and let them believe their stupid myths, and take their shitty drugs. There is really no point in arguing with these people. If at first they don't listen to your careful reasoning and look at you with that blank, stupified stare, and give some lame excuse to get out of being wrong...then just give up.
...and I agree with the college thing, there are plenty of smarties for you to have intelligent conversations with, in fact much of the time I find myself intellectually struggling to keep up with people.

No dude, I've seen it before...my cousin's friend's sister walked a dog that was owned by this one guy, and he took so much acid that he though he was a glass of orange juice and was afraid to walk because he might tip over and spill his juice.

I stopped at the local AutoZone to get a few more hose clamps and while I was there I decided to put them on.
So I poped the hood and started in with my hose clamp adventure minding my own business and two of the most reddest necked people you would ever meet pull up and park next to me. A father and son no doubt. They got out of their truck and walked up to me and crossed their arms and looked down on my 'souped up Honda' as they called it.
They said, 'You got that thing pretty souped up, eh?. Where's the NOS at?'
I told him, 'Not everyone needs 'NOS'. '
He replied, '...if yunt (translation: you want) to go fast yur do.'
I love my town.
