i bought a new car :) now with *working* pics!
 

yeah i bought another car on Monday... i bought it as a daily driver kinda of a thing, just somethign to drive so i can work on the CRX for days at a time....anyway here is the story and pics for those how cant read :-* haha

it didnt have a battery in it so i grabbed one from my house that was suppost to be bad and tried to warrenty it...they say its good! fuckers i bought a new battery for the CRX cuz the gay machine said it was bad (and its been sitting on the garage floor for 3 months), so i have them charge it. me and a buddy go down there and pop the battery in and some new terminals, crank it over....he thinks there might not be any compresson? i say it has no spark whatso ever....so i run home grab an extra ignitor and some plugs etc and head back. igintor swapped, rotor was also fucked up so i rigged it up...WE HAVE SPARK :P still wont turn over and now it has a shitload of oil in the combustion chambers from some leaky spark plug tube seals :-X and the battery starts to go dead.......so we put the car next to the CRX w/Yellow top Optima and after a couple more trys....SHE RUNS!!! with a big ass cloud of smoke of course, but it burns off...


oh so we get the car home and im saying that im gonna start to drop the motor out tonight and ---- to put the D16Z6 in the car and my biddy is like "it runs and doesnt smoke...shouldnt we fix that first :P"....good point. so i desided to blow up the stock LX/1.5 then install the Z6... so i will be installing my Z6 intake manifold with LS throttle body and my turbo ---- on the stock motor. pulled lots of the stock ---- last night and started wiring, but my wiring soldering skill suck...


oh car info: 1988 Honda Civic LX...17x,xxx somthing miles (dont care to know) has power everything, windows, doorlocks, steering, ghetto ass SHAFT RADIO! haha, no AC... and i paid about $580bucks for the car including licenced new plates, title transfer, new taillight, etc thats all for a running Civic

well i have given up for now, if that doesnt work i will try and fix it when i get home from work... but basicly its a 4dr Civic, marron/burgandy...its a dark red civic with two dented fenders, dented door and a front bumper that has paint chipped all off it...its a beater...
