new block went in yesterday and its boosting 7psi very happily, even spanked a 03 si with a 75 shot of nawwz

Ouch, that sucks Chris. How's that basemap? Just curious to know how it blew the first time? No wastegate?

There is only one pulley to do, the alternator/ac/ps pulley. The PCM can not be chipped, but you can get a reprogramed one from mopar or af/x, and the retainers for the valves are offered in titanium, and what a waste they are.
SOHC neon in the pic, still with the crappy puke and die intake manifold tuned for lower rpm.
Compression can be anything. IF the head is untouched, it could range from 9.2:1 to almost 13:1. But I'm going to guess it has 10.5:1 pistons.

I wasn't running a boost gauge on my first drive either. Come to think of it I didn't even have fuel management lol. Jeff made me rip it around the block anyways. Man I can't believe I thought that 3-4psi was fast haha.
