with 1500 you'll have an awesome turbo kit.
look in the Forced induction forum. your engine is already build...look into some turboedit or uberdata get at least a 2bar map sensor and boost 15 or more psi(if you get a 3bar map) |

Check out the home page and there is a turbo project section, almost every setup there is most likely under $1500. Price will depend mainly on the deals you'll get on the parts you buy.
