It cleans it out.. you notice how its rigid? He said that what that is is when the food or whatnot get stuck to the sides, it gets pressed down and conforms to the sides of the intestine. It removes all that bullshit from the sides.

My doctor actually told me what he does it he wont eat for 5 days... he takes this stuff 5 times a day, it has enough calories to fill you up.. and he drinks nothing but water. Cleans him out like no other, and he says he does this twice a year. I don't think I'd go that drastic but he said it still wouldnt be a bad idea to go for a couple weeks on it. Just don't eat junk food while you're doing it.

LOL now i think about it, i think my mom might have tried that ---- back then. i don`t recall her saying anythign about ---- out weired stuff but i do remember she have to ---- a lot.
