The worst part about this is the nig isn't lying, he actually calls us from work just to rub in the fact that he is out bbqing up some halibut steaks, and prawns. That and he is always trying to borrow any movie he can get his hands on. The only thing I can't figure out is why his fridge is always empty, and he is always broke... :P

Oh and as for me, I have done 4 years of post secondary, in a mixture of everything, but not enough of any one thing to make it worth anything, other then I have a C ticket in welding and a bag full of CWB /AWS tickets. I own my own business and make about 30K a year, that I work my *** off for

I got a 2yr in computer smarts also, but the field is still growing and will continue to grow (i heard the local police station is still passing around floppy disks from computer to computer) It is competitive though and I got a decent offer in engineering. Where I work most of the engineers will retire in the next 3-5yrs. The company is gonna be fucked if they dont hire some noobs (recent grads, whatever) Those about to graduate w/engineering/manuf. engineering/whatever degree+*hands on* experience are going to be in need.. It is kind of interesting to see how different fields have their ups and downs
