like it says, how do you post a video, where do you host it, etc.

i don't think you can post video to e like embedded in your post, you'll probably just have to link to it.

try 50megs.com or any of the free hosting sites. just open up an account as if you wanted a free website, but just upload your video there and link directly to the filename
