im lookin for a house around 130-150k and i see rates right now are around 4.8-5.2

about £140k in debt with house
and other loans and stuff count upto 20k .. :-X

wow seeing how much other people spend on houses makes me happy that my mom is movin out and me and my sis get the house and pay rent but it will basically be ours in a year or so 1500 a month isnt bad

but owe like 1000 (late celll phone top my sis and late "rent" to the mom) and then like 600 to my boy that just moved to las vegas and he sold em his 93 lude so its all worth the stress i guess

this is for a 2 bedroom house
small rooms
no garage :( noly backyard car parking space ...
but u get owned with bills
i say about 2k in bills each month :'(

I got about 60K in student loans, but getting out I'll make about 60k a year starting so I'm cool, and no cc debt, thats just gay

Dont owe a penny to a soul. Have about a year left on my 4 year did 2 at a jc and a year at UNLV. All 3 cars paid for. Got a couple g's in the bank but that will be gone shortly. All done out of my won pocket no help from family

Our 5.5% 144,000 mortgage is costing us about 850$ a month....about 100$ more then my old apartment

So far...
$20k In school- 5.5 years at Washington State ....two degrees
$3k in Credit.....mostly my fiance's ring and a month of not working
$9k in car loan
