I'm looking at something similar, a 91 si w/ B16 swap, has a little rust in one wheel well as susually for this area and isn't running 100% mostly since it is a tooth off on the T-belt, or as i am told, also has the WW kit, I tinking $1500-$2000 is fair, I look at it as the B16 swap is gonna cost around $1500 with mounts and everything and a clean shell is worth $500 +- so go from there

Looks pretty good to me, just needs a little bit of body work. If it's mechanically sound then it's not a bad deal. I paid $2500 for my B16 swapped CRX HF a year ago and it didn't have a lot of the bolt on parts that one has. Of course it didn't have any rust which is really hard to find in the midwest but it did have some body damage.
Just make sure you're not buying somebody else's nightmare, luckily mine had a real clean swap as far as wiring and what not goes. I'm getting ready to buy another car for a daily driver since a B16 CRX is not an optimal highway driving machine.
