3000 - 3500 is all i would pay.
you have to know that once modification is done, the car doesn`t really worth ---- to legit buyers unless you found someone who really likes what you have done.

Wow. The kid is only asking 3,000 w/o paint 3500 w/ paint. I offered 2K. I thought I was still offering too high.
I'm just looking for a project car. I haven't had my OWN project in almost 2 years.

no ------ way would i pay 3k for that thing. looks like its been raped on by some ricer and deffinatly isint worth much without paint. 1500 is all id give, tops. but anymore people try to sell civics like there priceless. you should see some of the prices people throw on the 4th gens around here. like 3800 for a std hatch with 200k miles on it
